About the role
- As Head of Media, Nearshore at DEPT, you will lead all media craft teams across innovation, quality, and output, covering digital media, organic, CRM, and data teams in nearshore locations.
- You will serve as the local face of the proposition both internally and externally while scaling the nearshore media team and shaping efficient staffing models.
Responsibilities
- Lead nearshore Media craft teams on innovation, quality and output, and grow the team as nearshore takes on a larger share of delivery.
- Significantly grow the nearshore Media team and strengthen structures and scalability.
- Align with various stakeholders to balance the growth of the team with profitability in service.
- Ensure technical delivery and quality of work meet client expectations and integrate with EMEA Media delivery.
- Foster seamless collaboration between the team and respective project teams across EMEA, aligning with Resource Management and EMEA leads on resource allocation for healthy utilization.
- Ensure individual growth of team members and balance individual needs with organizational requirements.
- Lead complex international client projects within your specific area of expertise within Media, delivering the work together with the team from strategic to tactical and operational delivery.
- Actively work to enhance the visibility of nearshore Media capabilities across EMEA to put nearshore talent on the map.
- Ensure Media needs are aligned with the nearshore organization and maintain constant synchronization and mutual support.
- Take an active role in continuously improving the Media proposition and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth while pushing efficiency and effectiveness forward.
