The Integrated Marketing Lead will lead marketing efforts across all channels, driving the marketing strategy and delivering campaigns that align with Monzo’s business objectives.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract based out of the London office or remotely within the UK.

Set, develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the Collective, both semi-annually and on an ongoing basis.
Ensure the portfolio of campaigns is delivered for your Collective by collaborating with teams in Marketing, product and growth.
Manage any Collective-specific budget and the capacity for the Collective’s campaigns within owned channels.
Monitor and report on Collective’s performance, tracking key metrics and regularly providing updates to senior leadership.
Lead the optimisation of your Collective’s marketing campaigns, acting as either thought partner or operator/executor depending on importance.
Support stakeholder communication by preparing presentations, strategic updates, and reports.

Lead marketing initiatives within a tech or regulated financial services environment.
Have a track record of managing several Marketing campaigns.
Influence senior stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Own and report on performance metrics for business areas overall.
Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with tools like spreadsheets and Looker.
Are experienced in managing both cash budgets and channel capacity in a marketing context.
