This role bridges the gap between client business requirements and technical execution by mapping needs to the Zeta Marketing Platform.
The analyst documents project visions and communicates them effectively to both internal execution teams and external clients.

Gather and define project requirements and client workflows.
Conduct gap analysis between application capabilities and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Architects and Developers to define solution recommendations.
Estimate project impact including resource allocation and hours.
Draft requirements documents, functional specifications, and manage internal project tickets.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the implemented solution.
Support QA and UAT processes to ensure requirements are met.
Proactively identify and address project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Provide guidance to the client success team on technical capabilities and infrastructure needs.
Recommend and institute best practices, methodologies, and tools.

5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance.
4+ years of experience using Snowflake.
Management experience in similar roles.
Experience contributing to project documentation including BRDs, specifications, SOWs, and LOEs.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant software implementation experience.
Strong consultative and advisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be willing to travel.
Must reside in PST or MST timezones.
