About the role
- Addepar is seeking a Manager to lead the Finance Systems team and own the finance systems roadmap.
- The role involves partnering with leadership on finance technology strategy and overseeing core enterprise applications including NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and Boomi.
- The manager will lead a global team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive a unified G&A experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a global team of individual contributors across the US and Pune.
- Own the finance systems roadmap and align technology priorities with long-term business strategy.
- Partner with enterprise systems teams to drive platform integrations and tech stack unification.
- Oversee core financial architecture, data pipelines, and governance frameworks.
- Manage performance, maintenance, and support strategy for NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and Dell Boomi.
- Architect and govern the NetSuite release management lifecycle using Git/GitHub and SuiteCloud Development Framework.
- Define requirements gathering standards and maintain testing frameworks.
- Track support metrics to identify automation opportunities and enhance stakeholder enablement.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Legal to translate workflows into scalable systems solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing technical individual contributors in a global environment.
- Deep administrative and functional mastery of NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with P2P platforms, travel/expense solutions, financial planning solutions, and enterprise middleware.
- Proven track record of managing multi-year systems roadmaps and leading end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Ability to translate complex accounting and finance requirements into technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, IT, or an equivalent field.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based on the first day of employment.
