Codify successful marketing strategies into templates, automation scripts, and playbooks.

Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to accelerate outbound motions using intent signals.
Build lifecycle systems to onboard customers and drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
Run disciplined experiments on channels, campaigns, and automations.

5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing engineering.
Experience using SQL and Python to build automations and workflows without engineering support.
Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and LLM-powered tooling for sales and marketing teams.
Daily proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
Owned performance marketing channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and CTV.
Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs.
Ability to translate technical builds into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
