About the role
- The Operations Associate will execute day-to-day car finance operations, including customer queries and underwriting, while building a highly automated, AI-powered operational engine.
- This role involves working directly with customers, dealers, and brokers to ensure a fast, fair, and transparent lending experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations of the car finance product, including customer queries and underwriting.
- Ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Protect service standards of operational processes.
- Build automation and AI into operational workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment such as fintech, startups, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions.
- Experience using AI tools to drive developments and form improvements.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with high agency.
- Organised and detailed approach to work.
Preferred qualifications
- Comfort with automation and AI tools like Claude Cowork/Code.
- Familiarity with Linear.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Notion.
- Familiarity with Intercom.
- Familiarity with Claude.
