About the role
- QuinStreet is seeking a passionate, agile, and customer-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage, review, plan, and execute clients' targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid media.
- Manage multiple channels for multiple clients independently.
- Integrate offline customer data with online campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to strategize on programmatic display and social creative that generate results.
- Oversee and analyze custom reports for clients with large geographic footprints.
- Identify opportunities to pitch new services to existing and potential new clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and key clients to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings to improve client ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding.
- Analyze and strategize on campaign performance metrics.
- Maintain current knowledge of AI's impact on digital marketing and AI paid media products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in paid digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns through analysis of performance reports and down-funnel data.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-starter comfortable looking for and filling gaps in process, communication calendars and campaigns.
- Comfortable working closely with key partners to manage the process with the greater team.
- Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy.
- Travel required – 10%
