We're looking for a creative, data-driven Paid Social Media Manager to take full ownership of Policygenius' social media presence across organic, paid, and influencer marketing channels.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering the autonomy and visibility to make a significant impact.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns.
Monitor performance and optimize targeting, budgets, and creative.
Conduct creative A/B tests and incrementality testing.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships.
Measure KPIs including engagement, reach, traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
Develop reports and recommendations for leadership.
Own the company's social media strategy and execution across all major platforms.
Own the content calendar across major social platforms and create engaging written, visual, and video content.
Partner with external creative agencies, content, legal, and analytics teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
Experience managing paid social medica advertising campaigns and influencer marketing.
Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
Previous experience scaling an influencer marketing program from the ground-up.
Experience with legal/compliance creative and copy review.
