About the role
- Zapier is seeking an intermediate to senior level People Business Partner to support GTM functions and manage employment standards across EMEA.
- The role involves owning a portfolio end-to-end, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and complex employee relations.
- The successful candidate will work in an AI-forward manner to improve process efficiency and scalability within a fully remote, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product.
- Act as the team expert in EMEA HR Partner Experience.
- Develop deep knowledge of Zapier's market context and business strategy to advise leaders.
- Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change management.
- Advise on complex people challenges, balancing empathy with business context.
- Drive PBP-led processes including performance reviews, promotion cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out relevant people initiatives.
- Partner with the PBP-ER team on EMEA employee performance cases and investigations.
- Leverage AI tooling for daily work and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP.
- Experience advising on performance, exits, and complex employee matters across multiple EMEA countries.
- Ability to work autonomously in a global, fully remote, distributed environment.
- Experience building relationships and coaching experienced stakeholders.
- Capability to act as a trusted sounding board for leaders on organizational design and change management.
- Ability to flex across timezones when required.
