About the role
- Adyen is looking for a People Solutions Partner to join the People Operations team in Singapore.
- This role serves as the functional-technical engine of the operating mode at the intersection of people operations and hands-on engineering.
- The position involves transforming manual workflows into intelligent, tech-forward processes, maximizing self-service capabilities across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Audit daily People Operations workflows to identify manual friction points and design specialized AI protocols, automated routing, and self-healing pipelines.
- Actively build, prototype, and deploy solutions independently using AI-assisted coding tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and basic scripting.
- Structure and maintain internal HR knowledge, power automated search, conversational assistants, and triage systems.
- Act as the operational liaison between People Operations and core People Technology teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and workflow maps.
- Redesign core lifecycle processes, define and track key efficiency metrics, and build automated data pipelines and dashboards.
- Establish guardrails around employee data security, privacy, and algorithmic fairness by applying rigorous testing, evaluation, and QA protocols.
- Build playbooks, documentation, and enablement frameworks for the broader People team on how to leverage Generative AI, prompt engineering, and low-code tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building, scaling, or optimizing internal platforms at a high-growth global company.
- Strong human-centered design mindset with experience conducting internal user research and designing intuitive employee-facing interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-driven workflows, generative AI models, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants, low-code platforms, and scripting to parse data and interact with REST APIs and webhooks independently.
- Deep operational familiarity with core HR platforms from a super-user or administrator perspective.
- Ability to break down complex, cross-functional HR processes into structured, event-driven system logic.
- Capability to translate complex AI concepts and architectural constraints into clear operational requirements.
