The People Technology Analyst will manage and optimize Workday systems to support a fast-moving, all-remote organization. This role involves handling recurring processes, ensuring data integrity, managing SOX compliance, and leveraging AI to streamline People Operations workflows.

Own recurring processes and monitor system health for People systems.
Administer system security, assign security roles, and conduct regular security audits.
Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and quarterly/annual changes.
Write and execute test cases and maintain documentation for configurations and business processes.
Prepare and maintain SOX ITGC audit evidence and internal controls documentation.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support stakeholder decision-making.
Analyze process data and cycle times to identify friction and recommend configuration changes.
Provide training and enablement to team members on system tools.
Utilize AI tools to automate manual tasks and improve analysis.
Support senior team members on cross-team projects and implementations.

Hands-on HR technology experience, including Workday configuration, testing, or system support.
Exposure to public company operating procedures, including SOX ITGC controls and change management.
Experience investigating issues and analyzing process data to solve problems.
Experience using AI tools in daily work to automate tasks and improve processes.
Ability to validate system changes and document findings clearly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrated independence and ownership mindset.
