2+ years experience in a physical sales, e-commerce, or online retail role.
Strong hands-on experience managing sales channels or e-commerce stores.
Sales and operational experience, ideally with physical music or consumer products.
Experience working with distributors, retail partners, and D2C sales channels.
Strong understanding of sales performance, inventory, and forecasting.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
Hands-on Shopify experience.
Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
