About the role
- Capco is seeking a senior PMO resource for a delivery-focused role requiring ownership, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- The role involves driving end-to-end delivery for business transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage full program lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
- Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk & issue tracking.
- Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data in all sources and ensure latest status reporting.
- Plan resources, track budgets, manage forecasts, and manage financial guardrails.
- Assess and manage change requests, impacts, and change governance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT.
- Drive inputs and outputs for Programme Increment Planning and synthesize QBR memo updates.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for key ceremonies.
- Monitor and control investment allocation, benefit projections, and commercialization tracking.
