About the role
- Senior PMO resource needed to drive end-to-end delivery for business transformation initiatives.
- This is a delivery-focused role requiring ownership, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full program lifecycle from planning to execution and closure
- Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk & issue tracking
- Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate data in all sources
- Plan resources, track budgets, and manage forecasts
- Assess and manage change requests and impacts
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business & IT
- Support the successful delivery of VS outcomes in line with agreed delivery plans
- Drive inputs/outputs for Programme Increment (PI) Planning and synthesize QBR memo updates
- Ensure the delivery pipeline is connected with financials and within capacity
