The Product Designer will join the Unified Management Portal team to shape the unified experience for SonicWall's cybersecurity portfolio. This role focuses on designing complex, enterprise-grade B2B workflows for IT administrators and security analysts within an AI-augmented design environment.

Own end-to-end design for Unified Management Portal product areas from discovery to design QA.
Design complex enterprise workflows including policy builders, dashboards, configuration wizards, and incident response screens.
Build and maintain components, tokens, and patterns in the Figma design system.
Generate working interactive prototypes using AI tools.
Utilize Claude for research synthesis, content design, and competitive analysis.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Solution Architects across time zones.
Contribute to design-system governance and documentation.
Conduct usability reviews and design critiques.

4–7 years of product design experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, variables, and component libraries.
Demonstrated fluency with Claude as a working tool in the design process.
Working experience with at least one AI prototyping environment such as v0, Lovable, Bolt, Framer AI, or Figma Make.
Strong systems thinking and experience contributing to a large design system.
Ability to design complex, information-dense enterprise workflows.
Portfolio with shipped B2B or enterprise SaaS work.
Strong written communication skills for asynchronous work.
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
