Deliver pixel-perfect UI and contribute to the Toast design system.
Design for both desktop and mobile inventory workflows.
Model responsible and secure use of AI within the design practice.

3+ years of experience leading product design solutions and crafting visual experiences.
Demonstrated AI-native practice using tools like Claude, Replit, or Magic Patterns for prototyping.
Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for web and native mobile applications.
Ability to navigate and initiate work on undefined projects with autonomy.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions and regions.
Proficiency in design software, preferably Figma.
Ability to take feedback constructively and pivot quickly.
Strong user empathy for designing experiences within stressful or monotonous workflows.
Familiarity with corporate design systems.
Willingness to engage directly with customers for feedback.
