About Strella
- Strella is an AI powered research platform that runs AI-moderated interviews with real people at scale and then instantly synthesizes the data to turn insights into decisions. Insights, research, marketing and strategy teams at brands like Duolingo, J. Crew and Draftkings use Strella to get deep answers in days, not weeks.
- We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (4–5 years of experience) to own how Strella packages, positions and launches what we sell. You'll turn our platform and research services into clear offerings that buyers understand right away. You'll report to our marketing lead and work closely with our founders, sales and research teams.
About the role
- Strella is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of experience to own how the company packages, positions, and launches its offerings.
- The role involves turning the AI-powered platform and research services into clear offerings that buyers understand immediately, working closely with founders, sales, and research teams.
Responsibilities
- Package our platform and services into clear, compelling offerings, each with a defined audience, outcome, and scope
- Develop positioning and messaging grounded in real customer insights (using the Strella platform!) and bring it to life consistently across our website, sales materials, campaigns, and product
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and offerings, from positioning and launch planning through adoption
- Equip Sales with the narratives, decks, proof points, case studies, and competitive context they need to win enterprise conversations
- Own competitive intelligence and positioning, helping us clearly articulate where Strella wins and why
- Stay close to customers and the market to understand evolving needs, use cases, and buying behavior and translate those insights into recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Drive adoption and expansion within our customer base through lifecycle marketing, including release communications, newsletters, product education, and targeted campaigns
- Measure what’s working across launches, messaging, and adoption efforts, and continuously refine our approach
Requirements
- Take ownership and are comfortable being the single owner of key workstreams
- Can zoom out to positioning and narrative, then zoom in on the details of a launch
- Are a strong organizer who can clearly prioritize and communicate these priorities
- Have 4–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or at a startup
- Write clearly and tell a good story
Preferred qualifications
- you've marketed to insights or market research buyers, or packaged a services offering
