About the role
- The Manufacturing Automation team at Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems.
- This role involves coordinating project deployment, managing communication across cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and execution of projects.
- Organize finances and submit purchase requests.
- Distill meeting notes into actionable items.
- Follow up on project tasks.
- Facilitate communication between product line engineers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage documentation of internal resources.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a project or program coordinator
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle complex projects
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
