About the role
- As a Project Manager, you are the foundation of our delivery team, focusing on mid-sized technical projects.
- You provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
- Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
- Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
- Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
- SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
- Fluent in French (regional requirements)
