- The PT Floor Leader at Everlane is responsible for leading a team to deliver a best-in-class store experience while embodying the brand's ethos.
- This role focuses on fostering a warm environment, driving business results, and supporting the store leadership team through effective communication and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure the service model is executed in-store.
- Zone, prioritize, and delegate tasks based on business needs.
- Set goals for the team and provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
- Perform hourly reads and update the team on business goals and results.
- Celebrate successes and share recognition within the team.
- Share business results and anecdotal feedback with the leadership team.
- Make timely decisions that balance team goals and customer focus.
- Create a sense of urgency to achieve results and eliminate performance obstacles.
- Motivate the team to achieve store objectives.
- Use feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work closely and effectively with the store leadership team.
- Strong organization skills.
- Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
- Must be a fan of Everlane, the product, and company values.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to regularly move around all areas of the store.
