The position is part of the BOBA Frameworks QA team, which is embedded within the Finance engineering organization.

Execute comprehensive test strategies for the entire Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle.
Trace data payloads from order creation in Salesforce CPQ to journal entries in NetSuite.
Validate invoice generation, taxation, proration, discounts, credits, and tiered/usage-based pricing models.
Maintain structured test plans in Xray for all buying programs.
Manage end-to-end payment flows through Braintree, including authorizations, settlements, and partial refunds.
Simulate high-volume usage data to validate drawdown logic and overage calculations.
Perform integration testing across Salesforce, Billing Platform, NetSuite, and Braintree.
Investigate system logs to identify data sync failures and provide actionable reproduction steps.
Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product, and Finance to translate revenue rules into test scenarios.
Establish and maintain a defect triage process in Jira and Xray.

4+ years of QA experience with a focus on Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on experience configuring and testing quotes, product bundles, amendments, and renewals in Salesforce CPQ.
Proven experience testing complex enterprise billing systems such as BillingPlatform or Zuora.
Hands-on experience testing enterprise payment gateways.
Familiarity with provisioning and event-driven middleware such as Boomi.
Proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and Agile workflows.
Strong hands-on experience using Xray as a test management tool.
Familiarity with testing consumption-based pricing, tiered pricing, and metered billing logic.
Experience validating data transfers between systems using Postman or middleware logs.
Familiarity with enterprise taxation calculation software like Avalara.
