We are looking for a Regional Director to join our Data Security sales team as a field-based role covering EMEA & APJ.
As the Regional Director you will be responsible for a team of 10 Data Security Specialist Account Executives across EMEA & APJ, reporting to the GVP Speciality Sales.

Recruit, hire, and develop world-class specialist sales talent in EMEA and APJ.
Build individualized development plans and provide consistent coaching to motivate the team to overachieve on targets.
Operate as the GM of your territories; create comprehensive plans for success and maintain high accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting.
Align with regional sales leadership, field sales, marketing, and partners to prioritize revenue attainment within a complex, matrixed organization.
Engage directly with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Services to advocate for field needs and drive continuous performance improvement.

10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry.
3+ years of leadership experience managing a team.
Proven experience managing sales teams across both EMEA and/or APJ regions.
Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and closing deals at the C-Level.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

Experience leading a product specialist sales team or prior experience as a product sales specialist in a matrix environment.
Recent experience in the Data Protection industry with a passionate, informed point of view to share with customers and partners.
