About the role
- The Seasonal Ambassador role is responsible for bringing the Everlane brand to life for customers during the holiday season.
- Ambassadors foster a positive store environment, deliver a best-in-class experience, and act as champions of the company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Process, organize, and prepare inventory
- Restock the sales floor throughout the day
- Work in multiple zones throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Style customers and focus on exceeding individual goals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 16 hours of availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability required for Black Friday, Dec 24th, Dec 26th, and peak holiday weekends
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
- Ability to regularly stand and move around all areas of the store

- Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
- Passion for helping others

- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly
- Exceptional communication skills
