About the role
- The Seasonal Ambassador is responsible for bringing the Everlane brand to life for customers during the holiday season.
- This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class store experience while acting as a champion of the company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-centric solutions to exceed expectations
- Foster emotional and social connection within the store environment
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Process, organize, and prepare inventory
- Restock the sales floor throughout the day
- Work in multiple zones while communicating effectively with the team
- Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 16 hours of availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability required for Black Friday, Dec 24th, Dec 26th, and peak holiday weekends
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
- Ability to regularly stand and move around all areas of the store
