We are looking for a senior analyst who builds custom, web-based analytics products that people actually open on a Monday morning.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will spend your time in SQL, data models, code, and in front of stakeholders.
You will use AI and GenAI tools to move from idea to deployed prototype in days rather than quarters, without traditional BI platform constraints.

Own analytics products end to end by gathering requirements, modeling underlying data, building dashboards, validating, deploying, and iterating independently.
Design and ship custom web-based dashboards and intelligent, self-serve analytics experiences using AI and GenAI tools.
Make the data trustworthy by building clean, well-documented data models in SQL and partnering with data and platform engineering.
Design for the reader by utilizing hierarchy, layout, and chart choice so executives and analysts can interpret data efficiently.
Turn findings into decisions by translating complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership and following through on insights.
Prototype where AI helps by exploring and deploying AI-powered analytics capabilities like natural-language querying, automated narrative, and anomaly surfacing.
Become the domain expert by learning the business processes behind the numbers deeply enough to ground outputs in real strategy.

10+ years in an analytics function, with a track record of taking complex projects from ambiguous problem to shipped, adopted outcome.
Strong SQL and data modelling, including comfort at both strategic and query levels.
Proven ability to build and deploy web-based analytics applications as real web apps, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks such as React, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
Genuine visual design sense with an understanding of layout, spacing, color, and information hierarchy.
Self-sufficiency to run the full lifecycle alone from stakeholder conversation to deployed and adopted dashboard.
Strong communication skills to hold a room of senior leaders, defend numbers, and influence decisions without formal authority.

Primarily an in-office environment with expected work from the office in compliance with company policies.
