The Senior Business Systems Engineer will focus on raising the bar on quality and scalability of custom solutions within Oura's NetSuite environment.
This is a hands-on development role that involves partnering with internal Business Analysts to deliver solutions for Finance and Supply Chain teams.

Define, document, and execute NetSuite development tasks in an agile team process managed in Atlassian Jira.
Deliver SuiteScript code and designs adhering to software development industry best practices.
Design and implement unit, integration, and regression test coverage for critical customizations and integrations.
Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools to accelerate SuiteScript, integration, and test development.
Define team standards for AI-assisted changes, including change-management evidence for SOX/ITGC controls.
Contribute reusable context such as architecture decision records, coding standards, and integration documentation.
Partner with the NetSuite Administrator to audit and govern platform configuration including roles, permissions, and workflows.
Assist in the development, architecture, and support of scalable integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
Collaborate with business users across Supply Chain, Logistics, Financial Systems, and Member Experience to translate requirements into solutions.

4+ years of NetSuite development and/or administration experience.
Experience working in an Agile methodology and task management system.
Hands-on experience across NetSuite script types including User Event, Client, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, and RESTlet.
Experience writing automated tests in any language or framework.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Understanding of core business processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and basic accounting principles.
Extensive integration experience with iPaaS, API, or direct point-to-point methods.
Comfort working within NetSuite's configuration and admin layer including roles, permissions, and saved searches.
