The Senior Counsel, Competition & Litigation will serve as a generalist antitrust attorney advising DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo brands globally.
This role involves providing real-time counsel to product and business teams, supporting M&A activities, and managing regulatory investigations with a focus on Europe.

Serve as a trusted antitrust/competition advisor to product, business, and corporate development teams.
Advise on the competition and antitrust dimensions of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships.
Manage antitrust and competition regulatory investigations and inquiries globally.
Help build out international competition compliance programs, including training, policies, and processes.
Support competition-related litigation matters, including document collection, review, witness preparation, and responses to third-party subpoenas.
Partner with policy and government relations teams to track legal and regulatory developments.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or similar qualifications in another European jurisdiction.
7+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Strong grounding in antitrust/competition law as a generalist, including M&A counseling, litigation, and regulatory investigations.
Experience advising on competition issues in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
Experience handling antitrust/competition regulatory inquiries or investigations.
Ability to translate complex antitrust concepts into clear, actionable guidance for product and business teams.
Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and legal systems.

Direct engagement with regulators such as the European Commission, UK CMA, DOJ, FTC, or other competition authorities.

Hybrid role requiring work from the London HQ or Brussels office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
