About the role
- VaynerMedia is seeking a freelance Senior Creator to develop creative content across a spectrum of media platforms including social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive.
- The role involves mastering the ability to turn branded content into volume social gold while collaborating with creative and strategy teams.
Responsibilities
- Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold such as clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, and copy
- Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery ranging from photography collections to short video clips
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, and streaming stories
- Hone design and editing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
- Wrangle and roll with teammates on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines with a chill, proactive attitude
- Deliver high quality, actionable feedback and master crafts and ideas
- Inspire ideation and thinking, both on-brief and proactively
- Provide excellent level concept guidance and approvals
- Assist in developing company-wide creative processes including voice and content workshops, brief sessions, high priority brainstorms, and emerging technology and social opportunities
Requirements
- Passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms such as social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive
- Extraordinary design and editing skills
- Actual videography or design education or the equivalent professional experience
- Familiar with working with content creation formats including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, and FB Live
- Responsible, accountable, cool, and always kind with a love for collaboration
- Geeking the social media world in the Chinese digital space for four plus years now or fluent in Mandarin and based in China
