Responsibilities

  • Track vendor and cloud spend by monitoring POs, commitments, renewals, and run-rate changes, and reviewing cloud cost information for anomalies.
  • Apply AI and automation to recurring work to reduce manual effort across the forecast, close, and reporting cycle.
  • Support Core Services teams day to day by fielding data and reporting questions directly and escalating items requiring partnership discussion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in business unit FP&A, corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical finance role.

  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with enterprise planning tools and accounting systems.
  • Grounding in accounting fundamentals, including accruals and the monthly close cycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost or FinOps concepts to interpret reporting prepared by a technical team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain variances concisely to a non-finance audience.
  • Ability to work across functions, distilling detail into structured summaries for leaders.

Preferred qualifications
