About the role
- The Senior FP&A Manager will own expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM departments.
- This role serves as a finance business partner to senior leaders, providing analysis, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to ensure public company standards.
Responsibilities
- Own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders in G&A, R&D, and GTM.
- Drive AI and automation transformation to improve efficiency in expense management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Own the Cost of Revenue forecast and monthly close cycle for all departments.
- Identify material risks, opportunities, and drivers behind performance versus plan.
- Build financial models and driver-based scenario analysis to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Develop executive and board-level reports and presentations.
- Manage and provide insights on vendor spend and relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or expense operations.
- SaaS company experience.
- 2+ years of senior level experience responsible for finance or expense operations.
- Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, Anaplan).
- Track record of building or scaling processes and controls in a growing organization.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
