About the role
- The Senior HRIS Analyst joins a centralized, dedicated Workday HRIS team to drive the design, configuration, implementation, and administration of the Workday ecosystem.
- This role focuses on delivering and adopting AI capabilities within the platform while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, and Security.
- Research and resolve system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and drive user adoption.
- Lead the review, testing, and implementation of Workday feature releases.
- Evaluate new AI-powered capabilities for fit and readiness before rollout.
- Configure, test, and deliver AI-enabled features and automation within Workday.
- Utilize AI tools for daily tasks such as data analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and IT on responsible AI governance, data privacy, and access controls.
- Maintain data integrity through audits and discrepancy correction.
- Engage with the Workday community to stay current on system and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- Proficient with all Workday modules.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity.
- Workday Pro Certification in any module (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation).
- Experience helping deliver AI-powered features or products as part of an HR technology roadmap.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
