About the role
- The Senior Manager of CAIT helps contribute to the EMEA CAIT team with a focus on priority markets UK and DE, reporting to the VP of CAIT EMEA.
- This role is a culturally connected influencer marketing expert or creator, managing the end-to-end process from initial brainstorm to external CAIT profile engagement and final asset production.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal Vayner teams across Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to manage CAIT-led campaigns.
- Translate brand concepts into casting strategies encompassing diversity, volume, and authenticity.
- Pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results and position the CAIT team as a strategic partner.
- Ensure delivered assets meet standards of creative effectiveness and commercial safety.
- Contribute to the success and energy of the CAIT team while working autonomously or collaboratively as needed.
- Handle execution, systems regarding contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines for pipeline management.
- Monitor the financial health of CAIT projects, optimize workflows, and reduce rounds of revisions to maintain proper margins.
