Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication Studies, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong communication skills in both French and English (oral and written).
Ability to create long-lasting positive collaborations with stakeholders and internal experts.
Strong instructional design skills in multiple formats, both in-person and online.
