About the role
- Zwift is seeking a strategic and technically sophisticated Senior Manager, FP&A to play a key role in company-wide planning, financial analysis, and decision support.
- This role will own several core FP&A processes, partner closely with senior leaders, and act as a technical leader within the team by mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Own the preparation and synthesis of monthly Board reporting, financial models, and supporting materials.
- Maintain, update, and enhance the core company operating model used for forecasting, strategic scenarios, and variance analysis.
- Drive the operational execution of the annual planning process with cross-functional budget owners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and track key commercial metrics, including Marketing ROAS and CPA performance.
- Build complex financial models and ROI business cases for major project proposals and capital allocations.
- Act as a technical expert within FP&A, setting high standards for financial modelling and analysis and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical commercial finance role.
- Proven capability to solve highly complex problems and translate financial results into clear recommendations for department leaders.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and expert-level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- High proficiency in navigating data environments, working with BI tools, and deriving insights from automated dashboards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for guiding, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional financial qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CFA)
- Relevant background in SaaS, subscription business models, or consumer hardware products
- Enthusiasm for video games, sport, and/or an active lifestyle
- A "Zwifter” who is deeply familiar with our platform and the competitive landscape
