The Senior Product Manager for Trading Growth will drive the execution, strategy, and vision for new consumer trading products at Trust Wallet.
This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams to deliver secure and seamless Web3 trading experiences.

Own end-to-end delivery and iteration of new trading products from requirements to post-launch analysis.
Build community and creator-driven experiences to assist users in discovering opportunities and making trading decisions.
Design and scale user growth programs including referrals, invites, rewards, and partner incentives.
Manage attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention for growth programs.
Explore and develop new products centered on tokenized real-world assets (RWA).
Apply knowledge of Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to product decisions.
Define success metrics, implement tracking, and execute experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume.
Monitor on-chain trends and the consumer crypto landscape to inform product iterations and roadmap opportunities.

3+ years of experience on consumer crypto trading products such as wallets, DEXs, aggregators, or trading apps.
5+ years of experience as a product manager.
Deep familiarity with social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools.
Solid understanding of on-chain trading including DEX/aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, and token market data.
Proven execution skills including shipping products, managing parallel workstreams, and writing clear PRDs.
Strong growth and data sense regarding metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficients, LTV/CAC, and experiment design.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Must have the right to work for the country in which you are based.

Hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs including reward mechanics, attribution, commission settlement, and anti-fraud.
Experience with creator/KOL ecosystems or community operations.
