About the role
- The Senior Risk & Compliance role focuses on FRTB SA and SA-CVA rules for the US market.
- The position requires acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to lead requirement gathering and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions.
- Document requirements to create business requirement specification documents.
- Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams.
- Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams.
- Perform independent implementation using coding skills.
- Work in on-shore and off-shore modes.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of FRTB SA and SA-CVA rules for the US.
- Coding skills in Python or Python notebook for independent implementation.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Domain experience in at least one of the following: Trade Life cycle, SDLC, Trade Processing, Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, or Derivatives Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Skills in communication, data analysis, presentation, process development, issue-based problem solving, root cause analysis, business case, estimation, and scoping.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience implementing FRTB-SA or SA-CVA as a developer or reviewer in other jurisdictions.
