About the role
- The Senior Solutions Architect serves as the technical bridge between Harvey's AI platform capabilities and the needs of enterprise clients across the APAC region.
- This role involves driving technical discovery, solution scoping, and product demonstrations to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
- The architect partners with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategy and support the end-to-end sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions and scope solutions for enterprise clients.
- Drive platform adoption for enterprise clients across the APAC region.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations aligning AI capabilities with client workflows.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective customers regarding APIs, security, authentication, and integration.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle by building relationships with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration concepts.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working closely with sales or go-to-market teams to support pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Based in Sydney with valid Australian work rights.
