About the role
- New Relic is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as the first technical expert on the ground in Thailand.
- This role involves leading technical presales engagements, driving regional growth, and collaborating with Account Executives to support enterprise customers.
- The position is remote-first, requiring the ability to collaborate in person with the team and customers in the Bangkok area as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical expert for New Relic in Thailand, owning technical presales engagements from qualification to close.
- Work in partnership with regional Account Executives to provide technical sales support and strategy.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers and prospects as an advisor for observability strategy.
- Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Value workshops, and business justifications.
- Evangelize New Relic's capabilities and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both Thai and English.
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler software, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Proven presales or consulting experience leading complex enterprise engagements.
- Deep expertise across enterprise technology layers from user experience to modern cloud applications and infrastructure.
- Solid grasp of native cloud technologies including Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools across infrastructure, application, web, mobile, network, or user experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience in Observability.
- Background in software security.
- Understanding of Otel or Software Consumption pricing models.
- Experience in the FinTech or Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with SAP technology.
- Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android).
- Experience working with partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
