About the role

  • As a Senior Talent Partner at Multiverse, you will act as a genuine advisor to stakeholders and own end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • You will hold the hiring bar while building strong pipeline velocity and handling the ambiguity of a scaling organisation.
  • You will support the Operations and G&A teams, using data, market intelligence, and AI to power your productivity and build agile stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Run recruiting strategies end-to-end: attraction and sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for Multiverse.
  • Partner closely with managers to assess the market, calibrate regularly, build rigorous and engaging assessment processes, and make pivots based on data.
  • Work with hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements, understand trade-offs, and build a shared understanding of what good looks like.
  • Run processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as the company scales and maximise the tech stack.
  • Manage candidate relationships end-to-end: evaluating, building buy-in, managing close plans, and providing high-quality feedback.
  • Maintain relationships and build talent pools based on silver medallists.
  • Partner with internal colleagues across the people and talent team to ensure collective driving of the right talent outcomes.

Requirements

  • Embody the operating principles in how you work.
  • Have proven experience in an in-house Talent Partner role, supporting multiple hiring managers, in a scaling, highly agile business environment.
  • Credibly partner with managers and build trust through delivery excellence.
  • Evaluate candidates effectively and ensure regular calibration with the hiring team.
  • Build strong candidate relationships, understanding skills, motivations, and decision criteria, and handle sensitive feedback conversations and compensation negotiations.
  • Balance data with qualitative feedback to advise managers in their hiring strategy and approach.
  • Be highly motivated and autonomous, but curious to learn and ask questions where you do not know.
  • Build AI into everyday workflows and maintain rigorous data hygiene to ensure good tools are built on better data while verifying outputs.
