About the role
- The Social Media and Community Operations Specialist will act as a bridge between Formlabs' innovation and its global online community. This role focuses on managing social media operations, scaling the affiliate program, and driving engagement across specialized technical forums.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content creators to develop editorial calendars for 3D printing workflows.
- Manage day-to-day operations in social media management tools, including technical setup, tagging, and organization.
- Handle administrative tasks such as link tracking (UTMs) and asset organization.
- Grow Formlabs' presence on Reddit and other specialized industry forums through technical engagement.
- Structure forum contributions to enhance SEO and AEO performance.
- Identify, source, and onboard high-profile technical content creators for the influencer network.
- Manage and scale the affiliate program by growing the publisher network.
- Leverage automated affiliate platform features to optimize workflows and performance tracking.
- Oversee the full affiliate journey from onboarding to performance optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field.
- Sound technical understanding of digital fabrication and passion for 3D printing technology.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and forum landscapes across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles.
- Experience analyzing social media and community data.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on-site in Budapest 3 days per week.
