As a Solution Engineer II, you'll play a critical role in helping organizations understand how modern Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions can transform the way they operate.
You'll partner with sales teams, engage directly with senior stakeholders, deliver impactful software demonstrations, and become a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations that address customer business challenges and goals
Partner closely with Account Executives to drive the technical strategy behind new opportunities and support successful deal outcomes
Work with customers to understand requirements and design solutions that align with their needs
Present confidently to audiences ranging from operational users to executive stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Management and other internal teams to share market feedback and support product innovation
Represent Diligent through customer-facing events, webinars, and industry engagements

3-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role
Proven experience delivering software demonstrations and presenting solutions to customers
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage audiences at all levels
Experience working alongside sales teams to support complex software sales cycles
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business domains
A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for continuous learning and development

This role will follow a hybrid work model.
If you are within a commuting distance to one of our Diligent office locations, you will be expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.
