About the role
- The Integration Product Manager will lead the development of integrations that power daily operations for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
- This role focuses on scaling custodial workflows and evolving Salesforce integrations toward intuitive, self-service onboarding and management.
- The position involves identifying and integrating AI-driven capabilities to improve user experience and workflows within the Addepar platform.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of CRM and Custodial Document workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering, design, and partnership teams to author a clear roadmap.
- Translate high-level business goals into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Scale custodial document workflows and enable self-service onboarding and integration management for Salesforce users.
- Identify and explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into data mapping, setup, and document workflows.
- Engage with technical teams during discovery to review API specifications, data schemas, and webhooks.
- Monitor key platform health metrics, adoption rates, and client feedback to refine integration performance.
- Engage with internal client-facing teams to identify user pain points and validate feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Management navigating the product lifecycle.
- Experience delivering scalable features, SaaS products, or technical integrations.
- Technical literacy with the ability to review API specifications and engage with engineers.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to streamline traditional integration workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
