Engage with customers to understand pain points with governance, compliance, and access management.
Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
Set product strategy and vision for the product area.
Evangelize the product strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Define the product roadmap with prioritization trade-offs.
Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver features with high quality.
Stay on top of the latest innovations and competitive landscape.
Work with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation versus market alternatives.

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
Experience developing a phased roadmap for complex or abstract projects.
Proven ability to execute a roadmap to deliver a product that customers loved.
Customer obsessed with an owner mindset.
Bachelor's degree or an MBA.

Familiarity with Okta technology for Identity Governance and Access Management.
Direct experience or practical knowledge of identity governance concepts such as access certifications, entitlement management, RBAC, and separation of duties.
Familiarity with standards like SCIM and SAML.
Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the identity governance space, including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID Governance.

Must go into local office two days a week.
Must attend in-person orientation in either the San Francisco or Chicago office.
