The Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth will help build and scale the network of drivers and carriers powering the Curri marketplace.
This role involves learning core driver recruitment and activation processes before taking on net-new initiatives to define and scale growth strategies.

Plan supply builds, onboard and activate drivers, and manage lifecycle communications across markets.
Explore new growth levers across the driver network and turn promising ones into scalable programs.
Run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria.
Scale successful experiments across the marketplace.
Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to drive improvements to driver onboarding and activation.
Report regularly to leadership on supply growth trends, risks, and opportunities.

Bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
Comfort with hands-on, high-volume work including outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to pull and organize data using SQL and Google Sheets.
Good strategic judgment to form hypotheses and turn ambiguous problems into clear plans.
Track record of execution in turning strategy into pilots and scaling successful experiments.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach to working without a playbook.
Clear communication with stakeholders at every level.

Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or startup operations.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, or engaging drivers, couriers, or other gig workers at scale.
Experience building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships.
Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations including FMCSA, DOT, and owner-operators.
