The Tech Enablement Lead will manage the technology supporting B2B operations and the Smart Fridges program. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a Tech Enablement Engineer, overseeing internal tools and automations, and directing the hardware and operating-system strategy for a fleet of Smart Fridges.

Manage, coach, and develop the Tech Enablement Engineer while owning roadmap, intake, and delivery commitments.
Design and operate workflows to remove manual work using low-code tools like n8n and custom software.
Guide the development of internal web and mobile tools, dashboards, and services for cross-functional teams.
Own the technical direction for Smart Fridge hardware and embedded Linux software, including sensors, locks, and connectivity.
Develop repeatable processes for fleet-wide imaging, enrollment, remote deployment, and health monitoring.
Lead data integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms like Salesforce and logistics services.
Partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure auditability and compliance for customer and healthcare data.
Maintain documentation, architecture decisions, and operational playbooks for all supported systems.
Identify and evaluate practical applications of AI tools within B2B operations and engineering workflows.
Support an on-call rotation to ensure high uptime for business-critical systems.

Experience managing engineers, including coaching, feedback, and delivery accountability.
Strong hands-on software engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience building and operating physical devices with embedded Linux or IoT software in the field.
Demonstrated experience scaling a device fleet with reproducible provisioning, remote updates, and telemetry.
Experience designing reliable production workflows using APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD, access management, and incident response.
Sound judgment regarding security and privacy for sensitive customer or healthcare data.
Ability to translate ambiguous operational needs into technical plans and clear decisions.
Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Ability to support an on-call rotation for 24/7 business operations.

Experience with Raspberry Pi, AWS IoT Greengrass, SSM, or MQTT.
Experience with camera pipelines, computer vision at the edge, or hardware manufacturing.
Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms and Salesforce integrations.
Experience building internal applications with React/Next.js and Node.js or Python.
Familiarity with healthcare operations or PHI-sensitive data workflows.
Experience with customer support, marketing, or logistics tools.
Experience applying AI tools to operational workflows.
Comfort leading a small team across software, hardware, vendors, and business stakeholders.
