Rockstar New England is seeking a passionate Workplace Coordinator to join the Workplace Services team.
The role involves providing key coordination of the day-to-day operation of the site and its facilities services.
This is a six-month contract position based in-office out of Rockstar's development studio in Andover, MA.

Review and monitor internal ticketing system, provide timely updates, record actionable steps and ensure the needs have been met for the end users.
Proactively identify issues through walkthroughs; prioritize and address them through self-performance or outsourced vendors.
Coordinate, plan, and execute assigned projects ensuring all work is done to a high standard, and progress updates are regularly provided.
Perform quality control on assigned services.
Coordinate vendor work schedules as required, and conduct follow up tasks for project completion.
Conduct checks and audits of the site for quality control and safe conditions.
Keep trackers and management systems up to date and produce progress reports for the Workplace team and other support teams.
Assist with the procurement, administration and coordination of Workplace Services including POs, auditing invoices for accuracy, and updating relevant financial trackers.
Produce and coordinate facilities information and documentation in line with company requirements.
Support health and safety and compliance assignments.

Able to lift 50 lbs.
2+ years experience working within a facilities or workplace operations role, ideally supporting corporate office buildings and services.
Possess an understanding of vendor management principles.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Creative problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Possess a vehicle/driver's license preferred.
Experience with space management, ticketing, security, project management, and financial software systems.
