About the role

  • Everpure is looking for an experienced Workplace Investigator to join our fast-paced Global Employee Relations team as a subject matter expert on high-risk employee matters.
  • You'll own EMEA cases hands-on, advise on APJ, and work closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders to deliver fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full investigation lifecycle for EMEA allegations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations, covering structured witness interviews, evidence analysis, and legally defensible reports and executive summaries.
  • Keep investigations procedurally sound by aligning them with local statutory requirements, such as the ACAS Code of Practice in the UK, and act as the final word on investigative methodology.
  • Partner with Employment Counsel to assess legal and reputational risk of findings and turn outcomes into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Advise managers and HR Business Partners across EMEA and APJ on sensitive ER issues, including disciplinary actions, written warnings, grievances, and regional legal and cultural considerations.
  • Support restructures, job eliminations, and involuntary exits in EMEA, ensuring compliance with local consultation requirements and engaging with works councils and employee representative bodies.
  • Analyze ER trends across EMEA and APJ monthly and quarterly to identify systemic risks and shape remediation strategies, policy improvements, and manager training.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system and standardize investigation templates, interview protocols, and evidence-gathering procedures.
  • Stay current on employment law, regulatory developments, and ER best practice across EMEA, with working knowledge of APJ, and contribute to ER projects.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or employment law within a fast-paced, global, or matrixed organization.
  • Strong practical knowledge of employment and labor laws across EMEA, with a proven track record of independently managing complex ER cases across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Expertise in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee matters, with the ability to diagnose root causes and interpret ambiguous, multi-sided situations.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise, build trust with, and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience drafting formal investigation reports, executive summaries, and policy materials.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex matters at once using ER case management systems, with a high standard of detail, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business, or Law, plus relevant HR or legal certifications.
  • Experience in technology or a high-growth commercial environment.
  • Investigative work in the UK, Ireland, or the Czech Republic.
  • Experience with works councils, collective consultation, restructures, formal disciplinary and grievance processes, LOA, and disability accommodation cases.
  • Advisory experience supporting APJ stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off
  • Wellness resources
  • Company-sponsored team events

Workplace

  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
