The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career talent to gain firsthand experience in the digital assets space. This specific role focuses on ads implementation, where interns will support the launch, monitoring, and reporting of advertising campaigns.

Independently launch ad campaigns across platforms within timeframes, ensuring proper set-up.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis to guarantee delivery and suggest improvements.
Organize and rename visual files (images, videos, gifs) following internal guidance.
Create Asana tickets containing all information necessary for the go-live of a campaign.
Ensure ad campaigns are aligned with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Generate ad-hoc reports on performance or creatives.
Run competitiveness analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning, and execution.
Monitor industry trends and developments in advertising while implementing best practices.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's target audience, product offerings, and advertising objectives.
