Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
Deepen and expand strategic relationships through high-quality engagement.
Design and optimize key client service processes and systems.
Formulate management standards and oversee the health and performance of key client accounts.
Lead in-depth analysis of client behavior to uncover latent needs.
Produce key client analysis reports and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Lead the client manager team, set performance standards, and coach junior team members.
Represent the voice of key clients internally to contribute to product strategy and business planning.

8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech.
5+ years of team leadership experience with a record of coaching and developing junior talent.
Strong client management skills including structured client profiling and engagement design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine passion for crypto/fintech.
