- Write customer-facing copy for email and in-product messaging.
- Build and ship campaigns in tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, and Statisfy.
- Partner with Marketing on the shared email calendar to coordinate timing and frequency.
- Support product-led adoption initiatives by translating launches into lifecycle moments.
- Define success metrics for every program and run a regular reporting cadence.

- Fluent in product analytics tools like Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms like Statisfy, Gainsight, or Totango.
- Strong ability to reason about cohorts, behavioral triggers, and audience overlap.
- Data-driven mindset with experience contributing to metrics like GRR, NRR, activation rate, and time to first value.
- Experience working alongside customer-facing teams.
- Ability to drive projects forward independently without a defined playbook.
- Active experimentation with agentic customer success and purposeful use of AI in daily workflows.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience launching a scaled or digital customer success program at a company that didn't have one before.
